Shipping Policy

Welcome to Renew Revitalize! We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Orders received after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–30 days, depending on supplier and destination.
    (Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.)

  • Shipping is FREE to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

  • Because many of our products are large and bulky, please ensure you provide a physical street address for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, factors such as carrier delays, inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, or high-demand seasons may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@renewrevitalize.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
